This again is another replica watches review gone badly. I keep trying to find decent Rolex replica watches and every time I think it's all good, the universe keeps showing me its dark side. I don't want to sound too dramatic but I'm sick and tired of crappy Rolex replica watches.
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
Good is definitely not the word to describe their Rolex replica watches. I bought a Swiss Rolex Daytona and I got a Japanese broken watch. The crow fell off as soon as I tried to set the time. Only one out of the three sub-dials is working, that's unacceptable for a $600 replica watch.
The Site: Usability and Design
This website looks decent. It will take some time until you find the watch you're looking for because there are too many categories and not all their replica watches look good in the only picture displayed on the site.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
On the “Contact Us” page they state: We love to hear from you! But it's not easy to get in contact with them. The live support chat system is bogus and they respond to emails in 2 days, sometimes even three.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
There's nothing mentioned on their site about shipping procedure and policy. But it takes about 10 days to receive your package
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable
You have only three days to return the watch but even if you respect the time frame, that doesn't guarantee they will solve your problem. I was told that I can return the watch but not for a full refund because there's no way I can prove the watch doesn't have Swiss movement.
The Bottom Line
I'm keeping the watch as a reminder that good looking sites can be deceiving too. I don't recommend this site and the customer support service is the main reason.
